Cambridge
After relaxing our way through Christmas Day and Boxing Day, we decided to join the other holiday travellers on the motorways and trip up to Cambridge for a good ol’ fashioned day of sightseeing.
Not to be outdone by the persistent rain, we walked around the city centre absorbing the many sights and sounds of Cambridge. Around every corner was another college, another café, and another rusty old cycle chained to a post.
Nearing the end of the day we stood atop of Castle Mound and enjoyed a view out over the city skyline as the sun set.
